The purpose of this event is to bring awareness to the importance of mental wellness in all minority communities; as well as highlight the importance of Suicide Prevention.

Many minority communities experience the mental affect of societal  pressure, inequalities and injustices, that can manifest into mental fatigue, depressive behaviors  and/or beliefs and actions that are socially divisive, coined as ‘Social Depression’
